Test and Review Package
This bundle is an evaluation that assesses where you currently are regarding your health and wellbeing. We go through a myriad of steps together to find out your fitness level, discuss your goals, and then help devise a plan for you to get there.
The process goes as follows:
We get together for what we refer to as a “download meeting”, where we will review your health history in addition to your current lifestyle. Here, we’ll go over your health goals, as well as any worries you may have regarding the whole process. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Swab and Genetic Test
We’ll take a swab of your inner cheek, in which the lab results will be returned within 1 to 2 weeks. This will take place within the same day as your download meeting.
Report & Review
You will be gifted with a comprehensive 38-page PDF document – which will be emailed to you – along with an overview consultation to cover the main elements and how they will relate to (and affect) your journey to greater health and happiness. And all of this will be geared toward your unique genetic predisposition to maximize results.

Monthly Coaching Package
With your genetic documentation close at hand, our coaching package will provide you with ongoing support. This will be done with the intent to help you properly utilize all that you’ve learned in the test and review package. The coaching package will include:
Change is hard, especially when you’re trying to do it on your own. As such, you will have us as your partners to help keep you on track. Regular check-ins and four 20 minute coaching sessions – done weekly – will be used to assist you with conquering setbacks.
You will have even more education from professional David Tieman on your genetic documentation. As a result, you’ll be more informed on health, nutrition, and other variables to keep you on track and focused.
Workout regimes customized to your unique needs and body type will be administered. You’ll know exactly what exercises you need to do, and why you need to do them in order to obtain optimal health and vitality.
