Have you been injured in an accident?

An auto accident can happen to anyone at any time, and the impact a sudden car crash can have on those involved can be long-lasting.

According to the Utah Department of Public Safety Highway Safety Office, in 2017, 62,855 motor vehicle crashes occurred in Utah, including 247 fatal crashes, which resulted in 25,833 injured persons and 273 deaths. In other words, on average, a motor vehicle crash occurred in Utah every 8.4 minutes, a person was injured in a crash every 20 minutes, and a person died every 32 hours, and the sad truth is that each of these accidents could have been prevented. Some of the most common causes of accidents in Utah are reckless driving, drunk driving, failure to obey traffic laws, distracted driving and improper use of safety equipment.

If costs are not covered by the insurance, we will WAIVE your bills, GUARANTEED.

Drop Table Chiropractic Technique
Massage Therapy

Which type of treatments is best for you?

Drop Table Technique

The Drop Table Technique is used for manipulation of the hips, lumbar spine, thoracic spine and cervical spine on patients who need a manual adjustment without rotation. During this treatment, the patient lies on their stomach or back depending on the condition being treated while the chiropractor conducts the manual adjustment.

During this chiropractic therapy, electrodes are placed on the skin that send light electrical pulses to different areas of the body with the purpose of reducing inflammation, curtailing muscle spasms and relieving back pain. This treatment is meant to help block the transmission of pain signals along the nerves and also release the body’s natural painkillers, endorphins.

Traditional adjustments free up the joints and increase the overall motion of the body, it also reduces pain and increases function. This treatment is effective for conditions such as headaches, neck pain, pain in the shoulders, pain in the upper back, pain down the arms and numbness in the hands. It is also effective for low back pain, pain down the legs and numbness in the bottom, as well as constipation and asthma.

Treating with these traditional adjustments for musculoskeletal injuries after a car accident, work-related injuries, sports injuries, or recreational activities can relieve pain and give the body proper alignment. Additionally, it can be used as a preventative treatment promoting overall health through maintenance.

Spinal decompression is a technique used for patients suffering from herniated discs, spinal degeneration (arthritis), and spinal stenosis, all conditions which can cause severe low back or neck pain, radiating pain in the legs and arms, or numbness in the hand and feet.

During this treatment, the patient lies on their back or stomach depending on the treatment area, while one harness is wrapped around the pelvis and torso for treatment of the low back and an additional harness cradles the head for treatment of the head and neck. The harness gently pulls and holds for a few moments and then releases. The pulling motion distracts the spine and takes pressure off the nerve roots. This procedure has saved many patients from invasive surgeries. It reduces pain, increases motion and function so the patient can enjoy a better quality of life.

Massage therapy treatments can lower stress, increase circulation, promote tissue regeneration, enhance immunity through lymph flow, alleviate back pain and much more.

Regular massage therapy with our Licensed Massage Therapist, can complement the effects of a chiropractic adjustment by promoting faster healing and a healthier, pain-free experience.
